I have been in the catering industry since 1996, after completing Senior High School. I began my catering carrer right from the junior ranks to the head chef position. Currently, I am self-employed in my own catering establishment called Foresyte Catering Service/Restaurant.
I have worked as a commin chef, demi-chef, demi-chef de partie, chef de partie,sous chef and head chef respectively in various five star hotels and restaurants. To mention a few, I was a sous chef in Kempinski Gold Coast City Hotel which is a five star hotel, a head chef at Vine Lounge which is also a five star restaurant and a chef in Kwame Nkrumah F.P.S.O vessel
My ambition is to be among the successful chefs in the world who own their restaurants.
